Our Story
Riseup BBQ was founded by a two contractors. One in the concrete industry (Ty) and the other in the framing industry (Sean) who wanted to bring the flavors of the cajun cuisine to the streets of California. We started small, serving our delicious meals on the corner in a dirt lot in the city of plamdale. Now we are seeking to establish in local events and festivals. Today, we are one of the most popular food vendors in the city, serving a variety of cajun dishes that are made from scratch using fresh and locally sourced ingredients ans smoked. Thats the difference.
Menu
Our menu features cajun inspired dishes from the southern part of our country, from classic cajun dishes infused with BBQ smoked to unique dishes with a twist like seafood smoked mac and cheese. We use only the highest quality ingredients, and our dishes are made to order. We also have vegetarian and gluten-free options available. Check out our menu and come visit us!
